To be eligible for an exchange at D-Link’s appointed Authorised RMA / Service Center, you need to fulfill the following requirements
1. PROOF OF PURCHASE : You MUST produce a VALID receipt / Proof of Purchase
2. GOOD CONDITIONS : Equipment MUST NOT be physically damaged and in good conditions.
3. VALID SERIAL NUMBER : Serial Number MUST be eligible.

The customer must obtain a Case ID Number from D-Link Technical Support at 1-877-453-5465, who will attempt to assist the customer in resolving any suspected defects with the product. If the product is considered defective, the customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number by completing the RMA form and entering the assigned Case ID Number at https://rma.dlink.com/

Unfortunately, D-Link USA is unable to accommodate in person or will call returns. All defective units must be shipped directly to D-Link USA.
