Hello,
This is to inform you that we had raised the complaint for washing machine on 03-May-2018 and still we had not got any solution yet. We are trying to contact to service center team since long and the behavior which we are getting from service center is pathetic. No ownership reason we are getting from service. The person name Mr Gautam (7016349534) is responding like that as we are Beggars and he is doing charity for us. Is this type of service do you provide to customers.
When my wife contacted to Call center team they had provided the Courier docket number that part has been released from company and got Mr Gautam contact number from call center, when my contacted Mr Gautam then he started misbehaving and started giving aggressive answers to my wife. Mr. Gautam revert aggressively and told that “We had not received Motor Parts since we can’t help you and don’t disturb us and who told you to contact me and who told you that part has been delivered to us”. Who had hired such persons, who don’t know how to talk with customers.
Is this our duty track the machine parts and seeking help for machine repair.
