Q.1 WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY HTSE WATCH STOPS WORKING?
Any HTSE watch will stop working when it is not exposed to any source of light for a long time, resulting in the battery draining out completely.

Pull the crown to stop position (pull twice to 2nd step) and expose the watch to sunlight or bright light for 30 to 60 minutes.

Push the crown to normal position, the watch will start working with second hand in 2 jumps mode, which is an indication of low battery, please continue charging.

Once the charge is complete, the second hand will shift to 4 jumps mode – which is a warning to set time, set the correct time and resume using the watch.

Visit nearest Titan Authorised service centre if the watch is not working when exposed to light.

Q.2 WHAT HAPPENS IF THE STRAP/CASE OF MY WATCH IS DAMAGED/BROKEN?
This can be fixed at your nearest World Of Titan which is also an authorized service centre.

Q.3 DOES THE SERVICE CENTRE CHARGE FOR ESTIMATION OF WATCH?
No charges will be collected for estimation.

Q.4 WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO ADJUST MY WATCH STRAP?
All watch straps can be adjusted at any World Of Titan authorized service centre.

Q.5 IF MY STRAP BREAKS OR IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY STRAP, WHAT DO I DO?
Titan authorized service centres offer a variety of bracelets/straps for your watch to replace your damaged strap.

Q.6 HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY WATCH? / WHY DOES MY WATCH HAVE A PLASTIC PIECE BETWEEN THE CASE & CROWN?
There is a plastic spacer provided between the case & the crown to keep the watch in an immobile condition. This prevents battery drain when the watch is not in use. Carefully remove the plastic spacer & press the crown gently inwards (normal position). This will activate your watch, post which you can set the time and date.

Q.7 WHY DOES MY HTSE WATCH SECOND HAND JUMP FOUR TIMES PER SECOND?
It is a time setting warning. When the second hand moves 4 jumps, the watch needs to be reset to the correct time before use. Once the watch is reset, the second hand will start moving in 2 second jumps and on continuing to charge the second will return to the normal one second jump.

Q.8 WHY DOES MY HTSE WATCH’S SECOND HAND JUMP TWICE PER SECOND?
It is a low battery warning. If the watch is not exposed to light and the stored charge is being constantly used, then second hand shifts to 2 jumps mode indicating insufficient charge and your watch will require charging.
